This role provides support to the Loyola Outpatient Center Medical Specialties team on the main Loyola campus, Monday through Friday. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- BLS CPR by the American Heart Association
- Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program, OR one year of Medical Assistant work experience can be substituted for the successful completion of an accredited medical assistant program
- Must obtain at least one (1) of the following Medical Assistant credentials within 6 months of hire date: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) American Medical Technologists (AMT) National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
- Failure to provide your certification may lead to disciplinary action, up to termination
- Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor an employment visa for this position.
