About The Position

We are seeking a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant with phlebotomy and lab experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. In this dynamic role, you’ll support both patient care and clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows and excellent service.
Requirements
- Current Montana RMA or CMA credential.
- Prior lab or phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, flexible attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and provide exceptional patient care in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws and manage specimen collection, labeling, and processing.
- Support providers with exams, procedures, and patient visits.
- Conduct nurse visits, administer vaccines, and perform medication and allergy injections.
- Assist with workload messages, patient education, and care coordination.
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Help maintain clinic flow and provide coverage for other primary care locations as needed.
