About The Position

The Devereux Adolescent Integrated Care Clinic is a specialty outpatient clinic providing whole-person care to teens and young adults, ages 9 to 29, with physical, mental and emotional challenges. Other job duties include collecting and maintaining accurate medical histories and medical records on all patients, assisting the physicians with entering information in the electronic medical record (EHR) including lab results, as well as calling in prescriptions, writing medical letters on behalf of physicians, and coordinating results of medical testing.
