Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • BLS CPR by the American Heart Association
  • Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program, OR one year of Medical Assistant work experience can be substituted for the successful completion of an accredited medical assistant program
  • Must have Phlebotomy skills
  • Must obtain at least one (1) of the following Medical Assistant credentials within 6 months of hire date: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) American Medical Technologists (AMT) National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) National Healthcareer Association (NHA)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish, highly preferred
