Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant degree or certification.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist with documentation and filing.
• Maintain and update client medical records.
• Support the admission process and obtain necessary consents.
• Assist with routine medical appointments.
• Take vital signs and collect urine screens, documenting for clinical review.
• Complete and monitor lab requisitions, reviewing results with the medical team.
• Support medication ordering and prior authorization processes.
• Schedule follow-up medical appointments and coordinate external referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the medical team.
