About The Position

We are dedicated to enhancing the physical, mental, and spiritual health of the diverse communities we serve. We are hiring an MA in our Neurology Clinic at our South location. This position responsible for assisting providers and the nursing team in the delivery of professional medical care. Specific duties include pre-visit planning, rooming patients, obtaining vitals, utilizing the EMR system, scanning and downloading of documents, administering injections, vaccine coordination, telephone screening (with protocols), phlebotomy, assist with procedures (as needed), and duties as assigned based on respective clinic need. Incumbent in position must have excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times. May be responsible for covering front office job duties as needed. This position will be based at the South location but will float to other clinic locations within metro area as needed.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification required (CMA, NRCMA, RMA, CCMA)
• BLS Certification required
• Less than 1 year Applicable Experience
