As such, it is imperative that candidates demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of various populations. The ideal candidate has prior experience working at an FQHC or non-profit organization. Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (9:00AM - 5:00PM) Location: Candidates can expect placements at one of the following work site locations located on 1233 Locust St & 1207 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19107: The Jonathan Lax Treatment Center offers integrated, patient-centered medical care, and social services to people living with HIV. We see patients from all walks of life and our team of dedicated providers work to address the unique needs of each individual patient. The John Bell Health Center is a comprehensive medical clinic that provides primary health care to adults aged 18 and older. The John Bell Health Center was established to provide care to individuals living with chronic health conditions as a result of socio-economic factors including a history of incarceration. The Sam Morales Clinic will open in early 2026 and provide urgent medical care services to returning citizens, or individuals who have recently been released from incarceration. The Pediatric and Adolescent Health Center provides high quality, comprehensive, primary care to address the physical and emotional health needs of children from birth through age 18. The pediatrics clinic was added in 2017 and is co-located with Y-HEP's Adolescent and Young Adult Health Center. The Y-HEP Adolescent and Young Adult Health Center services adolescents and young adults (ages 13-26), providing access to comprehensive primary care, sexual and reproductive health services, integrated behavioral health, PrEP, and other relevant social services.
