About The Position

Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and emergency medicine practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in urgent care or similar medical settings is a plus.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology is beneficial.

Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for examination.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed timely.
- Coordinate with lab and x-ray staff for efficient patient processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Support the administrative team with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
