Medical Assistant - Diabetes & Endocrinology - AMP (La Jolla) This is a benefited, full time position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. No weekends or holidays. What you'll do: Seeking compassionate and motivated individual who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork. Assist in preparing for in-office procedures such as biopsies and Ultrasounds by setting up necessary equipment. Download blood sugar data from CGMs and blood glucose meters. Manage the scheduling of patient appointments, coordinating with both patients and providers to optimize clinic flow. Assist with managing clinic flow, scheduling patient follow-up appointments, communicating referral information, and discharge instructions. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, working closely with experienced professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
