Provides direct support to providers in delivering care and treatment to patients. Prepares and rooms patients for examination, treatment, and procedures. Maintains exam rooms, instruments, supplies, and equipment. Serves as a Patient Service Representative at the front desk, performing administrative functions such as check-in, check-out, copay collections, scheduling, and more. Strategizes within care team to effectively manage patient’s care. Engages and supports patients to ensure they feel heard, respected, and involved in their care. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Will have up to-date training and certification in Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Health & Safety Institute.
  • Must obtain within 2 weeks if not current at hire.
