As a new Full-Time Medical Assistant at Katy Trail Community Health in Sedalia, you'll step into a dynamic and rewarding role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting healthcare providers with patient examinations, obtaining patient histories, and preparing treatment rooms. You'll perform various clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering medications under supervision. Expect to engage warmly with patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns. You'll also manage administrative tasks like scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate medical records. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, ranging in hours from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (40 hours/week).
