About The Position

We have an opening for an experienced Medical Assistant in our Women's Health office in north Fort Worth. We are looking for a qualified and flexible candidate to perform back office duties as needed by the office.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant diploma, certification, or graduate transcript
• One or more years of experience preferred
• Ability to seamlessly transition between front and back office responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional patient care skills, with the ability to multitask

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with NextGen EHR is a significant plus
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Answering patient calls
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Assisting with procedures
• Cleaning and stocking rooms
• Processing refills, pre-certifications, and referrals
• Scheduling procedures
• Performing lab work
• EHR charting
• Patient intake and vitals
• Various other clinical duties
