We’re a very busy dermatology practice in Boca Raton seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a friendly, professional environment, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality and compassion to join our team.
Requirements
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
- Previous experience in dermatology or a medical office setting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of EMR systems
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care
Responsibilities
- Assist dermatologist with medical and cosmetic procedures
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments
- Record patient histories, vital signs, and treatment information
- Manage patient flow to ensure efficient scheduling
- Perform phlebotomy, injections, and specimen handling as needed
- Educate patients on post-procedure care and medications
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
