Requirements
- Medical Assistant Certification required
- 3–5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Responsibilities
- Preparing and stocking exam rooms
- Rooming patients and taking vital signs
- Chaperoning exams and assisting with in-office procedures
- Collecting specimens and administering immunizations
- Performing basic lab procedures under provider direction
- Supporting smooth patient flow from check-in to discharge
- Assisting with charts, desktop support, and documentation
- Helping connect patients to health and social resources
- Partnering with the care team to meet quality and patient experience goals
