About The Position

We are seeking to hire an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to work with a primary care provider for our office in Reisterstown located at 120 Westminster Pike! Our ideal candidates must be willing to work in a fast paced, team environment and provide excellent care and service to our patients. Internal Medicine / Primary Care experience of 1-2 years is required. Shift Hours: Mondays, Thursdays, & Fridays 8:45am -5:00 pm; Tuesdays 10am-6pm; Wednesdays 8:15am-4:15pm The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing a positive, supportive, nurturing, yet professional experience whether triaging calls, rooming patients and assisting during an office visit, or providing follow-up to patients and/or families.

Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Current registration/certification with an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Internal Medicine / Primary Care (Required)
Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to efficiently multitask and stay organized
Proficiency in EHR/ computer skills (Nextgen is a plus); CRISP; Cover My Meds
Candidates selected for an interview will be required to take a medical skill assessment.
