About The Position
The Medical Assistant facilitates patient care by assisting patient through system. Supports clinical staff and maintain office environment.
Requirements
- Successful completion of Medical Assistant program or comparable work experience in a medical office.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of work experience in similar job or work environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine administrative and patient care supportive duties throughout the practice to assist medical and/or nursing staff in the examination and treatment of patients.
- Prepare and deliver patient and record for clinical exchange in a manner that increases efficiency for patient and clinical team.
- Function as a team member by expanding responsibilities as directed by management to facilitate optimal workflow within the cancer center.
- May be pulled to work at other CHC sites based on clinic and patient needs.
- All other duties as assigned.
