About The Position

Business Health Solutions, PC is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistants to join our team at the Eli Lilly site in Indianapolis, Indiana. What You'll Do Candidate will need to be proficient in the following areas: Check vital signs Perform phlebotomy and blood processing POC Testing to include Flu, Strep Mono, Glucose Body composition scale Spirometry Administer injections and immunizations under the supervision of clinical providers. Develop relationships that focus on people and catering to people Administrative Tasks: Schedule testing appointments and maintain accurate records Answer phones, greet patients, and support front desk coverage Escort patients to exam rooms, take medical histories, perform medication reconciliation, and prepare them for visits Process incoming/outgoing mail and scan paperwork into EMR Assist with campaign reviews, prepare testing folders, and restock supplies Who You Are Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Understanding of medical terminology Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently Excellent communicator—courteous, responsive, and professional Team player who leads with humility and integrity

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities
