About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to play a key role in strengthening our brand by delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our providers. Patient Care: Taking and recording vital signs: This includes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration. - Relaying information to MD. Assisting with medical procedures: This might involve assisting with examinations or other procedures. Assessing patient condition: Observing for changes and reporting any concerns to the physician. Providing patient education: Explaining treatments, self-care instructions, and infection precautions. Patient wound care Assisting patients in & out of clinic Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate patient records: This includes medical histories, treatments, and progress notes, prescriptions, patient education. Entering data into electronic health records (EHRs): Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. New patient paperwork, Sending/ receiving clearances. Proficient with patient pictures for before & after treatments Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with medical staff respectfully. Working with physicians, other nurses, and support staff to coordinate care. Communicating with patients and their families: Explaining procedures, answering questions, phone calls and providing emotional support. Other Responsibilities: Ordering and managing supplies: Ensuring the clinic has the necessary materials for patient care (i.e. garments, medications, supplies). Stocking rooms frequently. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment: Ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met. Assisting Nurse Practitioner with injectables (i.e. botox, fillers), taking pictures prior to treatments, topical numbing. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Medical Assistant training program

  • Certified Medical Assistant
  • Preferably experience in hospital or aesthetics
