Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our Radiation Oncology team. This role assists physicians and clinical staff in delivering high-quality cancer care while ensuring accurate documentation and efficient clinic operations. Requirements

• Certification or degree in Medical Assisting
• 1+ year of medical office experience (oncology preferred)
• Medical scribing experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and document medical history, symptoms, and treatment side effects
• Record vital signs and update EMR accurately
• Assist physicians during examinations and weekly on-treatment visits
• Perform medical scribing during patient encounters
• Prepare and clean exam rooms; maintain infection control standards
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups
