Join our dynamic Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team and be the heartbeat of our client-centered care! 🔹 What You’ll Do: As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll wear many hats to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client care. Your responsibilities will include: Client Engagement: Greet and support clients across multiple behavioral health programs. Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain the ACT team’s community-based schedule and manage fleet vehicle coordination and maintenance. Medication Management: Pack medications, pick up prescriptions, and administer injections. Administrative Support: Process prior authorizations, answer phones, obtain billing signatures, and complete data tracking. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate release of information and verify client locations for appointments and services. 🔹 Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Active CMA certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with electronic health records and scheduling systems.
  • Collaborative spirit with a passion for helping others.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in behavioral health or community-based care is a plus.
