Under the supervision of the Ambulatory Clinical Manager, Practice Manager, or assigned leadership—and in collaboration with a Licensed Independent Practitioner—this role supports clinical and administrative functions in an ambulatory care setting. The position delivers patient- and family-centered care across all age groups, ensuring services align with organizational standards, policies, and values. This role emphasizes quality, efficiency, and coordination of care while promoting a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include pre-visit planning, patient intake, clinical support, documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR), and follow-up care coordination. The position also supports operational workflows, maintains patient confidentiality, and contributes to a collaborative, team-based environment.
