Position Summary: As a Medical Assistant at MyCare 365 - Middle Creek Crossing, you’ll be a vital part of our care team, working side-by-side with providers and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our ambulatory patients. You’ll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced office setting, supporting clinical workflows and ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for. Requirements

Completion of an approved accredited Medical Assistant program
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to WakeMed’s values of respect, integrity, and excellence
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
1 Year Clinical - Medical Assistant Required - Or Required - Completion of an approved Medical Assistant Program

Nice To Haves

Current certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
Experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Support providers with procedures, exams, and follow-up care
Administer medications and vaccines under provider delegation
Coordinate referrals, lab orders, and patient education
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care
