Provide compassionate patient focus and superior customer service -keeping our fast-paced environments running smoothly. Coordinate appointments and perform general clerical duties at the unit nursing station to assure the timely, efficient and accurate flow of patient information. Assist practitioners' and Management by performing blood draws and taking vital signs of patients in clinic. Welcome and direct visitors and hospital colleagues to appropriate areas. Cultivate a courteous and respectful demeanor while multitasking between people and responsibilities. This is a full time day shift opportunity from Monday – Friday covering the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm at NYP Westchester Hospital, located in Bronxville; right across from the Metro North Station.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Medical Assistant
- Successful completion of an approved Medical Assistant program
