Sign-On Bonus for External applicants or current CHW MA Apprentice Students only About the Unit The Interventional Radiology Clinic at Corewell Health Blodgett Hospital is a specialty clinic operated by Corewell Health and staffed by physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) from Advanced Radiology Services. Our clinic provides care to a wide range of patients requiring Interventional Radiology procedures, from pre-procedure consultations to post-procedure follow-up visits and ongoing care. Corewell Health performs more than 250 different Interventional Radiology procedures, offering a fast-paced and engaging clinical environment. We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to join our collaborative and patient-focused Interventional Radiology Clinic team. The Medical Assistant works closely with registered nurses and providers to support smooth clinic operations and manage busy provider schedules. This role is ideal for an MA who enjoys teamwork, variety in daily responsibilities, and working in a positive, professional environment. The Medical Assistant will support a fast-paced Interventional Radiology Clinic by rooming patients, preparing them for visits, assisting providers during clinic appointments, managing In Basket messages, and collaborating closely with registered nurses to ensure efficient clinic workflow. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Successful completion of a competency-based medical assistant training program Required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days
• AAMA Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) AMT Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) NHA Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) NCCT Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) NAHP Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) One of the following Required within 120 Days

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting Preferred
