We are seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team in St. Louis, MO to help deliver exceptional care to our patients. This role involves assisting with patient care, maintaining smooth clinic operations, and ensuring accurate medical records.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Active Medical Assisting certification and BLS/CPR certification.
Phlebotomy experience.
Ability to float to all MCRM locations.
Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating weekend shifts and holidays.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in a clinical setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care.
Manage daily clinical schedules and assist with patient intake and education.
Adhere to physician directives and assist with appointment scheduling.
Assist during procedures and collect samples as needed.
Review and maintain accurate medical records, including charting patient progress.
Prepare labels, requisitions, and pre-operative paperwork.
Maintain cleanliness, sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment areas.
Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and regulations.
Participate in staff training for new hires or team members in the same job class.
Manage inventory and perform other duties as assigned.
