Your Role in Action Prepare patients for exams by reviewing medical histories, obtaining vitals, and ensuring comfort and confidentiality. Support providers during exams, minor procedures, and treatments. Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing as needed. Manage accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system. Assist with patient education and coordination of care, ensuring follow-up appointments, labs, and imaging are scheduled. Collaborate with the care team to deliver seamless, compassionate service to patients and families.
