Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
Current CPR certification required.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
Perform basic clinical tasks including taking vital signs and medical histories.
Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are properly stocked and clean.
Assist in laboratory tests and specimen collection.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and workflow efficiency.
