About The Position

Alluvion Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our patient-centered team. This role is open to both Certified Medical Assistants and experienced non-certified MAs. Certification is preferred. The MA supports providers by performing both clinical and administrative duties, ensuring quality primary care for our diverse patient population.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CMA certification preferred; if non-certified, at least 1 year recent MA experience in a clinical setting.
• BLS or ability to obtain one within 45 days of hire required.
• Current Montana driver’s license.
• Strong communication, organization, and patient service skills.

Nice To Haves

• eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience a plus.
• CMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals, prepare patients, assist with exams and procedures.
• Document in EMR; eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience a plus.
• Provide patient education and preventive care support.
• Maintain exam rooms, stock supplies, and ensure a clean clinical environment.
• Collaborate with medical, dental, and behavioral health teams.
