In this role you will: Perform all vital signs, necessary screenings, measurements, and point of care testing and record results accurately on the appropriate medical record template. Display fantastic interpersonal communication skills   with a team player approach while paying attention to detail. Respect and maintain patient confidentiality in all aspects of care including use of electronic information.  Assist provider during and after the exam, including chaperoning, assisting with procedures, interpreting, labeling and sending specimens to lab, and clearing away instruments etc.    Utilize those skills to interact with patients/clients, team members and staff from other departments. The successful applicant will offer: Graduate of a Medical Assistant Training Program with a successfully completed externship experience. Medical Assistant certification, preferred. Bi-lingual in Spanish /Khmer/Russian with knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Requirements

  • Graduate of a Medical Assistant Training Program with a successfully completed externship experience.
  • CPR or ASL certified
  • Utilize those skills to interact with patients/clients, team members and staff from other departments in a collaborative setting
  • A desire to work as a collaborative member of a multi-disciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Assistant certification, preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish /Khmer/Russian with knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
