About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Prior experience and EMR knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and patient interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, record vitals, assist with exams, and provide patient education.
• Perform tests (e.g., EKGs, blood draws), administer medications, sterilize equipment, and maintain exam rooms.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, manage medical records, and support billing/coding.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines for patient confidentiality and safety.
