About The Position

As a Medical Assistant at National Spine & Pain Centers (NSPC), you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring a smooth patient experience. You will be responsible for managing daily patient flow, acting as a liaison between providers and patients, and ensuring that all clinical areas are organized and prepared for patient care. Your duties will include taking and recording patient vitals, completing documentation for patient charts, and providing patients with necessary discharge and follow-up instructions. This position requires a proactive approach to anticipate the needs of both providers and patients, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and care. In this full-time role, you will work closely with a team of dedicated medical professionals in a clinical setting. Your responsibilities will extend to monitoring clinical messages, effectively communicating information between providers and patients, and maintaining a clean and organized environment in exam, procedure, and recovery rooms. You will also be tasked with obtaining diagnostic studies and reviewing current medications, allergies, and provider orders to ensure comprehensive patient care.
