AFC Urgent Care Libertyville in Libertyville, IL is seeking to hire a full-time Medical Assistant preferably with Limited X-Ray Scope certification. If the candidate does not have Limited X-Ray Scope certification, the clinic upon hiring will pay for the person to take the course and become certified as soon as possible. At least 2 years of Medical Assistant experience in Urgent Care setting is required. Job duties include carrying out Medical Assistant (and Limited X-Ray Scope) tasks in a typical Urgent Care clinic setting as well as assisting with patient registration and check-in at the clinic's front desk. The position is full-time, 40 hours/week with 3 days on (eg MON, TUE, WED) and 4 days off schedule. Weekday hours are 8am -- 8pm, weekend hours are 8am -- 6pm.
