About The Position

As a Medical Assistant you'll play a pivotal role in our multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless patient experiences and supporting our providers in delivering top-tier care. Requirements

• Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification, or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities

• Escorting patients to appropriate treatment rooms and ensuring their comfort.
• Determining the order of patients being seen in an integrated schedule to minimize wait times.
• Preparing and sanitizing treatment rooms before and after patient visits.
• Assisting providers with documentation, including accurate SOAP notes.
• Supporting rehab staff with patient care and facilitating smooth patient flow between in-office treatments.
• Assisting with advanced procedures, including IV therapies, joint and spinal injections, and regenerative esthetic procedures.
• Collaborating with front office staff on charting, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
• Contributing to initial and re-evaluation examinations to support comprehensive patient care.
