The Medical Assistant Trainer is responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting Medical Assistants to ensure high-quality patient engagement and compliance with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and telehealth workflows. This role will develop training materials, conduct onboarding sessions, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure Medical Assistants effectively support clinical teams and deliver exceptional patient experiences. The Medical Assistant Trainer will work closely with Nurse Practitioners, Care Navigators, and leadership to ensure all team members are proficient in patient communication, dashboard monitoring, EMR documentation, and regulatory compliance.
