Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (senior‑level expertise)
  • High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved Medical Assistant training program
  • Active BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
  • Current CMA/CCMA/RMA/NRCMA or equivalent Medical Assistant certification
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and professional growth

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians or Advanced Practice Providers
  • Support patient intake, rooming, exam preparation, procedures, and approved medication administration
  • Accurately document patient care, orders, and education in the electronic medical record
  • Act as a clinical role model, supporting orientation, training, and ongoing development of Medical Assistants
  • Collaborate closely with providers, nursing leadership, and administrative teams
  • Assist with scheduling, referrals, specialty testing, and patient follow‑up
  • Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement, and clinic projects
