Requirements

• Current MA certification in the state of WA.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum two years of medical office experience.
• Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans.
• Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong telephone and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.

Nice To Haves

• Dermatology experience is a plus.
• Opportunity to learn advanced procedures: Biologics and MOHS experience is a plus.
• Candidate willing to travel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Taking detailed medical histories, providing compassionate support, and ensuring patient comfort.
• Accurately transcribing provider notes and maintaining comprehensive patient records, allowing providers to focus on patient needs.
• Assisting with medical procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring a smooth patient flow.
• Working closely with providers and front office staff to coordinate patient visits and ensure effective communication.
• Expanding your medical knowledge and building upon your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
