About The Position
Vanguard Skin Specialists is a dermatology and plastic surgery practice serving communities in southern Colorado. This mission drives everything we do from opening offices in underserved areas to sponsoring humanitarian projects to volunteering locally and abroad. We are seeking a Medical Scribe who shares this motivation and will help create an amazing patient experience. Vanguard is excited to recruit for a medical assistant to support Sean Fitzsimmons, PA-C in his fast-paced clinic serving patients in Pueblo and southern Colorado Springs for general dermatology services. Our diverse team includes team members who are applying to PA school or medical school, graduates from Colorado College, UCCS, UC Boulder, and elsewhere. We’re a diverse group with one shared passion -- provide the absolute best medical care to our patients. If you are preparing for PA or medical school, you will gain clinical experience working in a fast-paced environment. Our scribes and Medical Assistants at Vanguard have a high degree of responsibility. Our team cares for patients from the beginning to the end of each visit, taking care of everything from intake, to assisting the medical provider, to documenting visits, to handling labs and prescriptions.
