About The Position

PIH Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our Call Center team, focusing on Refill Telephone Triage during day shifts. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Minimum 2 years of medical assistant experience.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interview, communication, customer service, and documentation skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively on a level that is easily understandable by the patient.
