About The Position

The Medical Assistant Program Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of the Medical Assistant (MA) program. Develop, maintain, and deliver educational services by creating and updating core curriculum to meet industry standards. Ensure the effective delivery of the core curriculum through structured course plans and materials. Prepare comprehensive course plans and instructional materials to support student learning objectives. Supervise program staff, providing guidance and oversight to ensure operational excellence. Oversee all aspects of the MA Program, including program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and manage student progress, attendance, and performance to ensure academic success. Provide academic advising and support to students, including grade reporting and feedback. Ensure continuous compliance with Federal, State, and Institutional accreditation standards and requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the healthcare or education field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional field experience in the medical assisting or healthcare sector.

  • Experience as a Medical Assistant Instructor (preferred).
