About The Position
Castleview Hospital is seeking a Medical Assistant to assist physicians with necessary services needed to care for their patients within the MA scope of practice. The role supports staff with routine duties and patient care services, functioning in both front and back offices or specializing in certain specific responsibilities. The Medical Assistant will prepare patient charts, utilize computer systems for documentation, coordinate with receptionists for patient pre-certification, log patient results, clean and sterilize office equipment, assist physicians with patients, perform procedures and tests, stock examination rooms, conduct pre-examination interviews, maintain communication with patients, and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
