About the Job: We are looking for a PRN Medical Assistant with excellent patient care skills, great communication, and concierge-level customer service to provide care within a Health Center setting. You will be a vital member of the team, supporting providers and ensuring the seamless operation of the clinic, allowing the focus to remain on the patient. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): Patient Flow & Vitals: Greet and room patients, measure and record vital signs, and maintain clean exam rooms. Clinical Procedures: Obtain blood and urine samples, and perform other clinical duties as assigned. Administrative Support: Execute necessary clerical responsibilities to ensure smooth clinic operations. Clinical Judgment: Exhibit good clinical judgment within the scope of the role, with or without the provider present. Compliance: Follow all clinical and clerical protocols per company policy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited MA program
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical setting, OR entry through an approved CareATC Internship or school-sponsored externship program
  • Excellent patient care skills, great communication, and strong customer service abilities
