This Mass General Brigham practice provides Primary Care, Cardiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Nutrition and Orthopedic services. Our primary care physicians specialize in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. About the Practice: -Community-based site with a steady patient volume and smoothly functioning daily operations. On average 130 patients per day supported by 13 clinicians. -A present and collaborative Practice Manager who values transparency, two-way communication, and regular rounding. -Supportive, approachable providers who trust their care team and genuinely value Medical Assistants’ clinical contributions. -An experienced, autonomous Medical Assistant team that knows their role and takes pride in delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour experienced Medical Assistant to join our team onsite at our Rowley practice. This position consists of 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, offering a consistent daytime schedule in a collaborative clinical environment. Job Summary Summary The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.
