About The Position

Under clinical supervision, assists in the delivery of patient care and treatment according to policies and procedures and Logan Health (LH) MAU/UAP (Unlicensed Assistive Personnel) scope of practice. Provides administrative support and works collaboratively with Physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians, RNs, LPNs and other department staff to meet the physical, psychosocial, education and spiritual needs of the patient and family. Location: Logan Health Primary Care – 160 Heritage Way, Kalispell, MT Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Day Shift Join the team at Logan Health Primary Care – Heritage Way, where compassionate care and collaboration drive everything we do. Our clinic provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, offering a wide range of services including preventive health, chronic disease management, wellness exams, and minor procedures. You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team that values teamwork, respect, and genuine connections with patients. We are seeking a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant with phlebotomy and lab experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. In this dynamic role, you’ll support both patient care and clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows and excellent service.

Requirements

  • Current Montana RMA or CMA credential.
  • Prior lab or phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, flexible attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and provide exceptional patient care in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform blood draws and manage specimen collection, labeling, and processing.
  • Support providers with exams, procedures, and patient visits.
  • Conduct nurse visits, administer vaccines, and perform medication and allergy injections.
  • Assist with workload messages, patient education, and care coordination.
  • Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Help maintain clinic flow and provide coverage for other primary care locations as needed.
