Founded over forty years ago as Lincoln Physicians, the Mass General Brigham Healthcare Center in Concord continues to honor its founders' legacy by delivering compassionate, dedicated, personal health care to families who live and work in the Concord, Massachusetts area. We are thrilled to be providing primary care services at our new, state-of-the-art location at 80 Beharrell Street in West Concord, Massachusetts. As a Family Medicine office, we provide physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for all ages, from infants through adults. We pride ourselves on having a close-knit, highly collaborative team. Our providers and experienced team members genuinely enjoy mentoring and training on the job, so we are willing to invest in and support our new hires to set them up for long-term success.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Either BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Assistant Course or diploma program or a minimum of 1 year professional experience
  • National MA Certification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring efficient patient flow through the office (each provider sees up to 12 patients per day)
  • Assisting during office visits (rooming, examinations, point of care testing, immunizations, procedures, phlebotomy, and treatments as directed)
  • Performing clinically appropriate tasks related to panel management (general patient guidance, test results, prescription refills, coordination of care, etc.)
  • Maintaining neat, clean, and safe patient care areas
  • Interacting with patients and their families in a professional, friendly manner consistent with their needs
