About The Position
Treasure Coast Community Health (TCCH), a long established and highly respected healthcare provider and Federally Qualified Healthcare Center with locations throughout Indian River County, in Vero Beach FL. is continuing to grow. and we are now seeking a Pediatric Medical Assistant to join our team. The Pediatric Medical Assistant will assist our patient care team in providing excellence in clinical care support for our pediatric patients who visit one or more of our many Indian River medical sites. They will have such responsibilities as updating electronic health records, educating patients and their families, preparing exam rooms, sterilizing instruments, checking vital signs, giving injections and medication treatments, assisting the providers with procedures, etc. Competitive wages and outstanding benefits package. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6 months minimum related experience or combination of medical assistant work experience and related education are strongly preferred
- hands-on EHR background
