About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY : Must learn and understand the basic principles and methods used in the department, always following established protocols. Position: Medical Assistant/ PSS Department: Surgical Specialties Schedule: Part Time
Requirements
- Must be a high school student (18+ years of age) with a permit to work or a high school graduate enrolled in a degreed or vocational program.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills and diplomacy to interact and communicate effectively.
- Able to stay organized and ability to work independently once given direction
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in outpatient areas of a hospital or in community health centers is desirable.
