About The Position

Interested in sports injuries, joint care, and helping patients get back on their feet? Join the orthopedic team at Rome Health and play a hands-on role in helping patients recover, heal, and regain mobility. No orthopedic experience? No problem-we'll train you! What You'll Do Room patients and prepare them for orthopedic exams and procedures Assist providers with joint injections, splinting, casting, and minor procedures Perform clinical tasks like EKGs and blood draws as needed Remove sutures/staples and assist with wound care (within scope) Prepare and clean exam rooms and specialty equipment Keep detailed, accurate patient records Review charts ahead of visits to support efficient patient flow What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent BLS certification (preferred) Interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, or rehabilitation Healthcare experience is a plus-but not required Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn Why Join Rome Health? Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, or rehabilitation
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • BLS certification (preferred)
  • Healthcare experience is a plus-but not required
