Collaborate with multi-disciplinary experts in palliative care, nutrition, genetics and health psychology to customize each patient’s plan of care. Provide a remarkable patient experience, as you are often one of the first people a patient interacts with at their appointment. Responsible for important preparation work like taking vitals, noting patients’ needs and concerns, and assisting with clinic procedures and exams.
