About The Position

Assist physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and and registered nurses with prescribed treatments and clinical procedures, supporting comprehensive care in OB/GYN and women’s health settings. Conduct patient intake by interviewing patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting medical information, and preparing examination and treatment rooms for gynecologic and obstetric visits. Perform clinical and procedural support duties to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Complete administrative and operational tasks, including answering phones, checking in patients, maintaining medical records, ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • M-F | Between 7 AM - 6 PM | 4 days a week | No weekends or major holidays
  • Ability to travel to St. Joseph's Clinic, Wauwatosa Clinic, Glenpoint and St. Francis as necessary
  • Prior healthcare experience
  • Prior customer service experience
  • EPIC experience
