About The Position

Duly Health and Care is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our OBGYN team in Naperville, IL. This full-time position involves varying shifts within office hours, including rotating evenings and Saturdays. The office operates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, and requires one Saturday per month. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare providers in various clinical tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients, assisting with registration and scheduling, measuring vital signs, and collecting health histories. You will provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes, and other first aid procedures. Certified medical assistants may also assist with immunizations or injections. Additionally, you will help patients with prescription requests, address pharmacy callbacks, and update charting and filing. Conducting onsite lab testing, including EKGs, pulmonary function tests, blood glucose tests, and urine pregnancy tests, will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining clean and inviting examination rooms for patient visits and providing excellent customer service in line with Duly Health and Care's values are essential aspects of this position.
